1.1.   A Note on High Frequency Data Processing

For those users processing flux data in EddyPro, here we provide general guidelines as to what we recommend using for input parameters.

This EddyPro API helps you automate and parallelize EddyPro processing. Within this git repository, you can find our recommended input parameters for the following (linked here):

1. Li-Cor closed-path systems;
2. Li-Cor open-path systems.

If you are not using Li-Cor instruments or EddyPro then we suggest following this working group: FLUXNET CH4 and N2O processing committee.
